Each year, we invite our members and staff to gather and reflect on the previous year's success and milestones. Your Board of Directors will review and discuss the Credit Union's state of affairs and financials. Board Members will be elected to serve as your representatives. The election will not be conducted by ballot, and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled.

G. Michael Lynch, MD
G. Michael Lynch, M.D. is a Family Physician who trained at Inova Fairfax Hospital, has been a member of the Medical Staff since 1978, and practiced medicine in Herndon, VA, for 29 years. He was the Chief Medical Officer at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital from 2007 to 2020. During his tenure, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital was named a Truven Top 100 Hospital three times, a Becker’s 100 Top Community Hospital eight times, and a Healthgrades Top 100 Hospital in 2019. Between 2012 and 2020, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital was named twice yearly by The Leapfrog Group as a “Grade A Hospital” for Patient Safety. Inova Fair Oaks Hospital was the first hospital in the Washington, D.C. area to ever receive a CMS Medicare 5-Star rating for Safety and Quality in 2018.
He has been a Health Systems Federal Credit Union member since 2008 and an Associate Board member since 2020.
Dustin Diesing
Dustin has been a cardiovascular technologist with Inova since 2015. Dustin is passionate about technology and leveraging it to automate processes and streamline inefficiencies. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, crafting prohibition-era cocktails, and creating a cozy environment at home.
He has been a Health Systems Federal Credit Union member since 2012 and has volunteered with the credit union since 2019.
